Our recent collaboration with The Cooperative Ministry (TCM) exemplifies this, as we helped them streamline their processes to better serve the Midlands community. Founded in 1982 by a coalition of five downtown Columbia churches, TCM has grown into a vital organization that supports economic self-sufficiency for individuals facing poverty through crisis assistance and sustainability programs. With the support of 61 faith partners and thousands of dedicated volunteers, TCM continues to impact lives—devoting the vast majority of its resources directly to client services. Our role in this mission? Enabling TCM to focus more on what they do best: serving those in need, while we handle the technical aspects behind the scenes.

In our collaboration with The Cooperative Ministry, we utilized the Salesforce® Nonprofit Success Pack to develop a revolutionary case management process for serving community members who have need. This system allows TCM to capture and track community requests for financial empowerment, clothing, food, and furniture, ensuring that no need goes unnoticed. Additionally, we created custom automation and user interface components that enabled their Supportive Health department to track and report on financial distributions directly within Salesforce®. With all their data consolidated in one easy-to-use platform, TCM can now follow up with clients more effectively, driving greater outcomes and long-term success.
